The view from the Deluxe Double Room with Balcony and Sea View stole my breath away. Amazing to wake up to the ocean right outside. Staff were generally friendly but faced a few hiccups in service quality. They seemed a bit overwhelmed at times and not fully attentive. The room featured modern amenities like air conditioning and a flat-screen TV, which was convenient. However, the iPad controls for the room felt more like a gimmick than a help, as it took me longer than expected to get the hang of it. Dinner in the grotto was beautiful, but I noticed that the food didn't quite match the prices. Thought the lobster and octopus were excellent, while other dishes felt underwhelming. On the other hand, breakfast in the cave was a real treat. Overall, the beauty of the location and the fabulous views made it worth the price, but some aspects of the service need to be refined.
